iox, under ioxide, operates this site under EU law within General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR. This privacy policy intends on explaining how Iox uses the personal data we collect from you when you are using IoxTV.co.

("Material") refers to the content submitted through Iox Upload ("ioxtv.co/upload")

("Pages") refers to the sites owned and operated within ioxide, including digital and social media channels and websites accessible through ioxtv.co

ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY AGREEMENT:

ioxide intends on keeping any and all personal information that you may provide within our Pages as secretive, confidential and secure as possible and making sure that all data remains as accurate to what an individual has agreed upon before and/or after the collection of their data. Our privacy policy has been created to ensure that the affiliation or those affiliated within ioxide meet these conditions set out, but also in following other pre-existing privacy standards.

Within reason, ioxide may see it necessary to follow websites and/or other pages that individuals frequent to research into what the users of these sites may engage interest and/or popularity.

The personal information that you have input may, without prior notice, be disclosed only within applicable laws and/or within good faith such action is deemed necessary or required for ioxide to follow through with, including, but not limited to:

• Conforming to laws, decrees and/or statutes to comply with any process that may be served within ioxide's services ("Pages") and/or operated within ioxide;

• Safeguard the rights and/or properties of iox Media, as well as Material(s) created and expressly permitted to share on our services; and

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13

Iox, under ioxide does not knowingly collect the personal identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without the parental consent of families. If it has been determined that the information has been inadvertently collected without the prior acknowledgement of a parental figure and they are under the age of thirteen (13), then we shall immediately take the necessary precautions to ensure that information is securely deleted from any of our services. Anyone who is under the age of thirteen (13) must seek the parental and/or guardian permission while visiting our Pages.

ioxide's services ("Pages") will often contain links to affiliates and/or other websites. Iox, within ioxide, does not accept the responsibility of which the privacy policies, practices and/or procedures of other such websites may follow through with. It is strongly encouraged to read their privacy statements of each and every website that may collect personally identifiable information, thus ioxide should not be held responsible for what our individuals are doing within these websites. Our Privacy Policy Agreement only applies solely to the individuals who are using our services ("Pages") and accept what we are doing with the data collection of their information.

SECURITY

ioxide shall endeavour and take every precaution possible to maintain adequate procedural and technical security with respect to the services used so as to prevent any loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and/or the modification of user's personal information under our control.

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY AGREEMENT

If, at any reason, ioxide may require updating and changing the terms of our privacy policy, we have the right to inform and contact any of our users about the impending changes, so that they are constantly up to date about what we are doing with their data, and within circumstances, if any, we may need to disclose information about. If ioxide happens to update this and specifically change the ways in which the information is utilised, ioxide will have to issue an update to individuals using our services, either through email or other communication platforms, so that they have the option to permit the use of their information in this separate manner.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Through the usage of this site and other ioxide services ("Pages"), you are permitting and validating the terms and conditions set out within this aforementioned Privacy Policy Agreement. If you are not in agreement with any of the terms and conditions stipulated above, then you should refrain from further use of our services. In addition to this, your continued use of our services ("Pages") following updates and/or changes in our terms and conditions shows that you are in agreement and acceptance of these changes.
